Women’s Health is pleased to announce that renowned author Evelyn Resh will be the guest speaker for our annual Champions of Choice “Lunch With…” event.
Evelyn Resh is a certified sexuality counselor with The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. She is also a certified nurse-midwife with over 20 years of experience as an integrative health and sexuality practitioner. In addition, she is a frequent speaker on the topic of sexual health and satisfaction to both professional and lay audiences. Her speaking style is equally known and appreciated for its thought provoking content as well as its warmth and humor.
Evelyn has been the Director of Sexual Health Services at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts, as well as Miraval Resort in Tucson, Arizona. In both settings, she was responsible for introducing the concept of sexuality as an integrative part of over-all health and wellness. She is the author of two books: The Secret Lives of Teen Girls: What Your Mother Wouldn’t Talk About But Your Daughter Needs to Know (Hay House 2009) and her just-released second book: Women, Sex, Power, and Pleasure: Getting the Life (and Sex) You Want (Hay House 2013). She has also written for many websites including Oprah.com and The Huffington Post. 
As a special gift from Women’s Health, luncheon attendees will receive a copy of Evelyn’s new book, Women, Sex, Power and Pleasure. Evelyn will be available for book signing at the luncheon.
