Scheduling & Costs
How to Schedule an Appointment:
Women’s Health uses Next Day Scheduling. To schedule an appointment, you must call the business day before you would like to come to the clinic.
Please call Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 9am to schedule an appointment for the following day. To schedule an appointment on Monday please call Friday at 9am.
We do not offer routine gynecological care on Friday, thus we do not schedule appointments on Thursday.
To schedule an appointment for either Boulder or Longmont, please call the main clinic line: 303-442-5160. Call the clinic early in the day for the best availability. Appointments are scheduled on a first call, first serve basis.
Same-day and Walk-in appointments (no appointment necessary, but waiting time may be longer) are available for the following services:
- Emergency contraception (the “morning-after pill”)
- Pregnancy testing and counseling
- Urinary Tract Infection evaluation and treatment, for current patients only.
We do not schedule appointments in advance. If you experience an extraordinary situation where you cannot access our Next Day Scheduling, please call during business hours Monday-Friday to speak with a staff member.
For all patients under 20 years of age, visit our Teen Clinic website for information about how to schedule an appointment during Teen Clinic hours.
How to Pay for your Appointment:
One of the best parts about coming to Women’s Health is that you will pay us based on your income and ability to pay. Some services are provided without charge to those who qualify. To qualify, please bring proof of your income such as a tax return, recent paycheck stub, or a letter from your employer. Most major insurance plans are also accepted.
Payment is due on your appointment day. Your payment must be made with cash, MasterCard, Discover Card or VISA, personal check, a cashier’s check or a money order. We do not accept American Express.
