HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT:
To schedule an appointment at either Boulder or Longmont, please call the main clinic line: 303-442-5160.
Appointments for Abortion Care can be scheduled anytime during our business hours Monday-Friday.
Same-day and Walk-in appointments are available for Emergency contraception (the “morning-after pill”) and Birth Control refills. Although no appointment is necessary, waiting time may be longer.
For most other services:
To schedule an appointment in Longmont or Boulder, call us at 303-442-5160 during business hours Monday-Friday to speak with a staff member. We have a flexible and responsive scheduling system that accommodates both last-minute scheduling (same-day and next-day appointments) as well as patients who prefer to schedule in advance. If not choosing same-day or next-day scheduling, our wait time for most appointments is 1-3 weeks.
Through our partnership with Boulder County AIDS Project, FREE rapid HIV testing is also available on a walk-in basis to Women’s Health patients at Women’s Health. Testing available on the first two Tuesdays of the month from 4-6pm at our Boulder location, and the third Thursday of the month from 4-6pm at our Longmont location.
For all patients under 20 years of age
Teen patients are welcome to make an appointment during any of our family planning hours. For teens who prefer TEEN ONLY hours, visit the Boulder Clinic on Saturdays from 11-3pm or the Longmont Clinic on Mondays from 2-6pm. HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Women’s Health accepts most major insurance plans, including Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program).
For uninsured patients, we offer a sliding fee scale based on income for most services. Proof of income is required to determine eligibility. If you are uninsured and eligible for health insurance, we ask that you meet with our enrollment specialist prior to receiving services.
Payment is due on your appointment day. Your payment must be made with cash, MasterCard, Discover Card or VISA, personal check, a cashier’s check or a money order. We do not accept American Express.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL:
Sign up for the Patient Portal. Once you’re signed up, you can log in to pay your bill, refill prescriptions, view your lab results, or ask your medical provider a question.
