Abortion Scheduling
To schedule an appointment for an abortion, you will need to:

Have taken a positive pregnancy test

Know the first day of your last normal period

Be prepared with your medical history information

Abortion Costs
The actual cost of your appointment may vary depending on needed services. Please be aware that abortion services are generally NOT covered by insurance or Medicaid (except in specific circumstances), please call if you have questions about the circumstances under which insurance may cover these services. Generally, the following charges will apply:
In-Clinic (Surgical) Abortion Procedure:
5 weeks – 12 weeks LMP*: $560 (includes sedation option patient desires)
12 weeks up to 14 weeks LMP*: $780 (includes sedation option patient desires)
Oral pre-medication or IV Conscious Sedation: included
Rhogam (required if you have Rh Negative blood and are over 12 weeks): $55
Ultrasound Only for Pregnancy Dating: $165
Medication Abortion:
6 weeks – 11 weeks, 0 days LMP*: $560
Rhogam (required if you have Rh Negative blood and are over 10 weeks): $55
Post-abortion follow-up: included
*since Last Menstrual Period
Payment Options
Many insurance plans cover abortion services. If your insurance plan is one that we accept AND abortion is a covered benefit on your plan, we will submit a bill to your insurance company for you. If abortion is a covered benefit on your plan but your insurance company is not on the list of plans we accept, you may submit the bill to your insurance company yourself for reimbursement.
