Human Resources Generalist/Office Manager
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate to experience
Hours: Full-time, 40h/week, 8-5 M-F
Are you ready to support Boulder Valley Women’s Health Clinic’s human resources by creating an exceptional employee's experience that carries through the employee life cycle? The HR Generalist/Office Manager position is an integral member of BVWHC’s leadership team and will support the organization through policy and practice strategies that support our employees and our community. Essential duties include developing human resources solutions; creating and maintaining an effective recruiting process; organize performance evaluation activities and timeline, among other HR duties; and overall management of office operations such as planning and executing employee gatherings and team building activities; onboarding activities such as workstation set up, maintaining staff user accounts, among other office management tasks.
